What is Heka?
Heka is the ancient Egyptian god of magic, who personifies a supernatural force and universal spirit that animates the universe, hence Heka’s name translates to “he who activates the spirit” and he is referred to as “Lord of spirits”. Heka is also the god of healing because the magicians of ancient Egypt associated magic with medicine.
